Exhibit Hall Open:
  • Tuesday, June 27, 2017, 0730 - 1630
  • Wednesday, June 28, 2017, 0700 - 1600

Exhibit Hall Teardown:
  • Wednesday, June 28, 2017, 1600 - 2000
(Early Teardown is strongly discouraged. Exhibitors who tear down early without prior permission from eventPower may be charged a $1,000 fine.)

Exhibitor Service Kit and Shipping

The official decorator for all eventPower events is Heritage Exposition Services. The Exhibitor Service Kit provides information about shipping, ordering booth services and ordering furniture for use during this exposition.

If you have any questions concerning the exhibitor kit or ordering anything for your booth, please call Heritage Exposition Services at (800) 360-4323.

Do not ship directly to the hotel or conference center. Please use the shipping forms that Heritage Supplies in the Exhibitor Kit.

Required Exhibitor Information

Deadline: May 31, 2017
Once a contract is received, you will be contacted by Megan Carroll, Customer Support/Exhibit Hall Manager. Megan will send a link to your company's portal. In the portal you can upload your logo, company description, register staff and get hotel information.

Company Logo: Provide a color logo in .eps format (with fonts and artwork outlined). The logo will be used in the exhibit guide and conference promotions (when possible). We will also accept a .tif files (300 dpi or higher) if an .eps is not available.

Company Description: A brief description of your company at 60 words or less and web address.

Contact Information: Name, phone and email address.

Sponsorship and Advertising

Sponsorships: Contact your eventPower Account Manager or Laurie Powell, Vice President, Business Development, (703) 740-1940 or LPowell@eventPower.com for available sponsorships and costs. Complete sponsorship descriptions and pricing are listed on the Sales Prospectus.

Advertising: Increase your company's exposure by placing an advertisement in the onsite conference program guide that is distributed to all attendees.

Please Note: If you contract for an advertisement but do not submit your artwork by the due date, your company name (or logo, if provided) and booth number will be listed in its place.

Exhibit Hall Raffle

Donate one or more raffle prizes to receive recognition in the conference program guide and during the raffle drawing. Companies may donate training courses, software, electronic devices, shirts, and other promotional items.

Exhibitor Badge Registration

All exhibit and sponsor personnel must register to receive the appropriate badge.

Personnel Pre-Registration Deadline: June 1, 2017

Contract Requirement: eventPower must receive an exhibit space contract from a company/organization before personnel can register.

Personnel Registration Process: Sponsors and exhibitors will be e-mailed a link to register their personnel for the conference. Sponsor and exhibitor personnel registration is not available on the conference website. The link will be sent to the individual who signed the original contract 8-weeks prior to the conference date. The link will include the appropriate number of free registrations that are associated with each type of exhibitor or sponsor. Each person who will be attending the conference must register.

Comped passes will not be accepted at on-site registration.
