Exhibitor Service Kit and Shipping

The official decorator for all eventPower events is Heritage Exposition Services. The Exhibitor Service Kit provides information about shipping, ordering booth services, and ordering furniture for use during this exposition.

Exhibitor Kit - COMING SOON!

If you have any questions concerning the exhibitor kit or ordering anything for your booth, please call Heritage Exposition Services at (800) 360-4323. Please do not contact Heritage until you have a chance to view the Exhibitor Kit.

Do not ship directly to the hotel or conference center. Please use the shipping forms that Heritage Supplies in the Exhibitor Kit.

Required Exhibitor Information

Deadline: Monday, October 19, 2020

Once a contract is received, you will be contacted by Teri Caron, Fulfillment/Customer Support Manager. Teri will send a link to your company's portal. In the portal you can upload your logo, company description, register booth staff, and view important information. Your company information will be published on the conference mobile app.

  • Company Logo: Provide a color logo in .eps format (with fonts and artwork outlined). The logo will be used in the Conference Mobile App and Conference Promotions * (when possible). We will also accept a .tif files (300 dpi or higher) if an .eps is not available.

  • Company Description: A brief description of your company at 60 words or less and web address.

  • Website URL: Provide a website URL for attendees to check out your products and/or services.

Sponsorship and Advertising

Sponsorships: Contact your eventPower Account Manager or Laurie Powell, Vice President, Business Development, (703) 740-1940 or for available sponsorships and costs. Complete sponsorship descriptions and pricing are listed on the Sales Prospectus.

Exhibitor Badge Registration

All exhibit and sponsor personnel must register to receive the appropriate badge.

Personnel Pre-Registration Deadline: November 3, 2020

Contract Requirement: eventPower must receive an exhibit space contract from a company/organization before personnel can register.

Personnel Registration Process: Sponsors and exhibitors will be e-mailed a link to their company portal where they will be able to register their personnel for the conference. Sponsor and exhibitor personnel registration is not available on the conference website. The portal link will be sent to the individual who signed the original contract within 3 business days of signing. The portal link will include the appropriate number of complimentary and discounted registrations that are associated with each type of exhibitor or sponsor. Each person who will be attending the conference must register.
